Details: Join us for our next public stargazing event! That evening, the night sky will offer early views of Saturn and Mars, along with a First Quarter Moon illuminated at about 52.5%.

 

There will be multiple telescopes for viewing, lunar cell phone photography, and a telescope with live photography. 

 

Four Peaks Mining Company will be open that day, 10 am to 8 pm, with our annual Black Friday 10% Off Storewide Sale, so stop in early to browse our selection of meteorite fragments, jewelry, gifts, books, minerals, fossils, and more before your stargazing experience.

 

Charity Raffle 

Raffle Item: Sky-Watcher USA and Focus Astronomy Outreach have provided a 25th Anniversary Limited-Edition SkyMax 127 Virtuoso GTi Telescope, valued at $855. 

 

Ticket Price: $10 each. Tickets can be purchased by phone (480-434-6074) or in person at the Four Peaks Mining Co. store. 

 

Charity Recipient: All raffle proceeds will benefit Natural Restorations and their work to remove trash & graffiti from outdoor recreation & wilderness areas, revitalize natural spaces through replanting projects, and enrich the lives of military veterans and other community members.

 

The Raffle Drawing will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, December 28th, 2025. The winner need not be present to win. The winner takes delivery in-store or pays any shipping charges from the store.
